Before we start, take a moment to find some space that’s just yours. If you like, put on some tunes if you have a phone and ear buds... here’s an option, although the sounds of nature is perfect as well! A note book, journal or your phone can make notes as well... this will be helpful.
Start by just praying. Ask God to help you focus on Him during this next hour or so. Help you to really hear from Him. Meet with you today.
You’ll be engaging with the Lord in conversation today, so learn to feel comfortable having this internal dialogue with the Lord. Praying is simply talking to God, and it doesn't have to be out loud, so no fear there. Just focus your thoughts on Him. And above all... enjoy!
