Dave joined our pastoral team in August of 2014. Dave has served in 3 different churches throughout Canada and was most recently teaching at Ambrose University in Calgary, AB. After having served for a number of years on staff at the Alliance Church in Owen Sound, they moved to the Calgary area to pursue ministry there, all the while feeling that God would lead them back to Sauble Beach. The Brotherton’s live right in Sauble and along with the beautiful sunsets, enjoy many outdoor activities and being a part of the community. Feel free to stop into the office and say hi!

Ken Holley  Congregational Care Pastor
Jenna Holley   Children’s Ministry Director

Ken began in 2007 on a volunteer basis and that September he assumed the role of Youth Pastor and served in that capacity for 6 years. February 2014 he stepped into a new role supporting the rest of the team in various ways. Having grown up in the area, he is well aware of the needs and challenges facing families and individuals in Grey / Bruce. Ken & Jenna were married in 2009 and serve together. They live in the Sauble Beach and have devoted themselves to ministry here and in the surrounding area. If you are looking for a church home we would love to have you out to worship with us!!

Chris Higginson   Kincardine Site Pastor
Chris spent the last several years in the automotive business working in a franchise dealership. Sensing God’s leading, he left his career and joined the Sauble staff in September of 2015 for the purpose of helping lead a church plant in Kincardine called Bluewater Christian Fellowship. Chris and Jean moved from their home in Hepworth and relocated to the beautiful lakeside town of Kincardine in October of 2015. Together Chris and Jean enjoy their five grown children, reading, traveling, spending time outdoors and cheering on the Maple Leafs and Blue Jays.

Kathy Hauer   Church Secretary

Kathy joined the staff on a full time basis in the summer of 2007. She works as a personal assistant to the pastoral staff and ensures the overall operations of the ministry are in order! Kathy has four adult children all out on their own. When she finds spare time she enjoys reading, quilting, and cross country skiing!

Nathan Shipley   Pastoral Intern

Nathan joined our pastoral team in May 2016. Nathan is a ministry student at Ambrose University in Calgary, Alberta, and is serving here at Sauble Christian Fellowship throughout the next year as an intern for his education. Although Nathan attends university in Calgary, he is a true maritimer from Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. Nathan loves music, sports, and aviation. Most of all Nathan has a huge passion and desire to make Jesus famous. He is currently living in with a family in Port Elgin. He would love to connect with you over a coffee!
