We're so glad you've clicked through to explore all that we have prepared for this wonderful season! All are welcome to worship this newborn King.. but what does that mean?
Simply this, Jesus, the Saviour, has come to make it possible for us to connect directly with God! By being born that day over 2000 years ago Jesus takes on humanity... he puts on full display the loving heart of God and becomes our Saviour. So we celebrate hope, peace, love and joy as we explore the various names of this baby!
Below you'll find details on all the various gatherings happening this season. We'd love to have you join with us and discover a new depth to Christmas this year!

Advent Weeks
Advent is the name we give to the weeks leading up to Christmas!
We take the time to prepare our hearts and our lives for the coming celebration as Jesus comes to us!
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace...
all names for Jesus, and none quite describe Him fully.
Join us as we explore the depth of this waiting.
HOPE | LOVE | JOY | PEACE | CHRIST
4 Special Sunday Gatherings happening both In Person at Sauble Church and Online on our Youtube Channel, all Sunday gatherings begin at 10am. Each week has a theme and a unique Message.
Finally, Christmas Eve finishes our Advent themes with a special 1 hour gathering,
happening twice the evening of Decdember 24th. Happening at 6pm and again at 7:30pm,
we hope these two identical events will fit into your evening plans.
A livestream version will be available at 6pm and replay-able any time after.
SCF Kids will also be hosting their weekly Sunday programs during our In Person Gatherings,
with the exception of Christmas Eve.

Both In Person and Online are a wonderful experience for our church family and our guests. We have community, we worship together and we grow in our knowledge of the Lord. During Advent these gatherings take on a special feel. Here's what we're studying this year.
Our Advent Series title is "His Name Shall Be". Each week of the month we will study one of the names listed in Isaiah 9. This passage is hundreds of years older than the baby born in Bethlehem, but begins to describe this Saviour! December 3: Wonderful Counsellor December 10: Mighty God December 17: Everlasting Father - Features SCF Kids! December 24 (morning): Prince of Peace Christmas Eve: Jesus (information below) As we gather, please just come as you are. We have Bibles if you need one, we have coffee brewing and a seat for you! Don't worry about dressing up... just come! We begin weekly at 10am, both In Person and Online. |

In Person and Online Candle Lit Service An annual celebration for many families. We plan to have a 1 hour gathering, held twice this evening. We are excited to celebrate the Messiah's birth together. No need to RSVP, just come and enjoy this wonderful celebration with others. |

Advent DevotionalEach Advent Season the Be In Christ Church of Canada gifts us a special daily devotional. This year's version is called Capture the Moment.
Each day you'll be able to read a brief story and scripture to carry on the theme throughout the weeks leading up to Christmas. This is a free resource and you are welcome to share with friends and family! Many of our Sauble Church families use these readings as a family devotional at their tables. Enjoy! |
SCF Kids!
We are always looking forward to seeing kids here at Sauble Church!
Families can expect an excellent time, prepared and planned specifically for our kids.
SCF Kids is also right here at Sauble Church each weekend, starting at 10am. Kids will be in a group of others their age and some wonderful volunteer staff. Games, teaching, music, crafts, and more are all part of this weekly experience. Parents will need to sign in and sign out kids at our check-in desk, located in the lobby.
December 17th is a special morning where our morning gathering will be taken over largely by a special presentation called "Angelic Conversation". We can't wait to see what they come up with!
Note: there is NO SCF Kids programming during the Christmas Eve gatherings
