Hopefully you went for a little walk and are in a new spot. If not, pause and find one then continue.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD,
"plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future"
Jeremiah 28:11
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works,
which God prepared in advance for us to do.
Ephesians 2:10
Often times people talk about God’s plan for our lives, and for sure the Bible does too. How does that make you feel? In some ways maybe it makes us feel like we have no control or maybe like my ideas are far too wild for what God’s plan might be. What if I choose the wrong route?! What if I don’t get it exactly right?!
What if I suggest that God’s plan is so much broader than that and it comes in a couple ways, but one little phrase wraps it up kinda nicely.
To Know God and make Him known
Knowing God includes things like what you’re doing right now... learning to listen and discover more about Him through worship, prayer, reading, conversation, etc.
Making Him known is the natural product of getting to know Him. I don’t know anyone who is genuinely getting to know God and their life isn’t changed or that people don’t notice and get curious.
Outside of that, you have gifts and talents that are yours. Each of you is so ridiculously cool!
Take some time to type out a couple things that you know you’re great at, and some of the ways you think God might use you.
Weird question right? ...but it’s ok, God is a proud father that loves to see you acknowledge His goodness in your life, so write em out. Maybe you'll surprise yourself with what comes out.
